Construction is rapidly progressing for the ‘Asianfast 2’ a 35m Catamaran Fast Ferry under construction at PT Asianfast Marine Industries. Today the hull fabricated upside down was turned and the superstructure built alongside the hull, was lifted on top. The ‘Asianfast 2’ will operate between Batam and Singapore for Batamfast Ferries and will carry 315 pax at 31 knots. This modern Catamaran is designed and built to Bureau Veritas / IMO High Speed Craft Code 2000.
